Puritan?s Pride Omega-3 Fish Oil 1200 mg purified fish oil is mercury free and contains 360 mg of total omega-3s including EPA and DHA.
Through a process called molecular distillation, fish oil is concentrated and purified leading to the removal of heavy metals like mercury and other contaminants like PCBs and dioxins. Some other unwanted compounds, such as odorants and oxidation products, are removed too. The process does not affect the quality of the EPA and DHA omega-3 oils.
