Evita wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase in order to better serve our customers, a Cash Refund policy has been established.
Customers can return their purchase with a valid sales receipt within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
Items that have been opened, used, or are NOT eligible for a refund.
Products should be inspected immediately once delivered. If you receive a damaged, expired or incorrect product, you must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your product at (complain email) with images and details pertaining to the concern with your order or you cand send the same details to our WhatsApp number 01030077119. Details provided will be reviewed by our support team and we will work with you in the necessary manner to make sure your happy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
To send an item back, simply follow these steps:
STEP 1 – Login:
Log in to your Evita account by entering your current e-mail address and password here.
STEP 2 – Get A Refund Request:
Select ‘Orders’ from the menu on the left. You will be directed to the ‘Orders’ que. Locate the order number you wish to return and to the right of the order number, hit ‘REFUND.’
